Here are my slides from my presentation on a More Humanized Process for the Client. I share a real discovery process geared more toward a coaching session that leads clients into thought patterns and the process of thinking more about what they actually need and not necessarily what they want.

Remember, as you revise your discovery process and in-person client meetings, it doesn’t bring in more clients, but you’re working towards acquiring the clients your best fit to work with. You are also giving your clients a deep understanding of the value and benefit they receive from your services.
